You must provide the following documents to secure approval:
- Job Letter (Indicating tenure, wage, and guaranteed hours)
- Most Recent Paystub
- If you are self-employed, or don't have guarnteed hours you must provide two years T1 Generals and NOAS
- Three Months of Bank Statements, or Investment Statements to prove downpayment
- Signed Gift Letter (if anyone portion of downpayment comes from a gift)
- Proof of Sale of Asset (If downpayment comes from sale of home or other asset)
- Statement of Debts that will be payed prior to closing if appliable
- Proof of Property Taxes paid on any properites you own
- Mortgage Statement of all properties you own
- Purchase and Sale Contract and MLS Listing (applicable for Purchase)
